Grounded space shuttles find new homes
NASA's retired space shuttle orbiters are making their way to museums around the country.
The now-retired space shuttle orbiters will soon be heading to their new museum homes. April 17, 2012 is the current date planned for a modified Boeing 747 to give a piggyback ride to shuttle Discovery to bring it from Kennedy Space Center to Washington Dulles International Airport, where it will then be towed to the National Air and Space Museum?s Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, located adjacent to the airport. Just how will this be done? The video above explains the procedure, and of course, this is not the first time a space shuttle has ridden atop the specially designed airplane. Every time a shuttle landed in Edwards Air Force Base in California (54 times) or New Mexico (once), it had to be transported back to Kennedy Space Center via an airplane.

If you are in the Washington DC area, there will be an arrival ceremony, currently planned for April 19. See this link from the more information.
The special airplane, NASA 905, will then be paired up with the test space shuttle, Enterprise, which has been at the Smithsonian, but is now heading to Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York. The current date for that flight is April 23, but all the dates are dependent on the weather.
Later this year, probably September, the NASA 905 will bring shuttle Endeavour to Los Angeles to the California Science Center. The flight path has not yet been determined, but for those living in the mid-section of the US, be on the lookout for more information of flyovers and places where the shuttle will be stopping during its final flight.
Shuttle Atlantis will be displayed at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor?s Complex in Florida.

If one has low self esteem it has a very negative impact on romantic relationships. Someone with low self esteem constantly wonders what their new love interests sees in them, and quite often feels undeserving of love. Instead of believing that they deserve what everyone else does, someone with low self esteem expects less. Someone with low self esteem is always waiting for the shoe to drop, and rarely has hope their relationships will work out.
Someone with low self esteem will put themselves down, and will not accept compliments gracefully. (They often do not believe a word of them) Someone involved in a relationship with someone with low self esteem may try very hard to help them build up their self esteem. The problem is, when and if it does not work, they get frustrated and quite often angry. This can sabotage a relationship big time.
When someone loves you yet feel no matter what they do you will never believe it, they feel defeated. The believe they can never make you happy no matter what they do.
They can get tired of hearing you put yourself down over and over again. It is not attractive behavior.
People with low self esteem often make it the job of the one that loves them to help raise their self esteem levels. They want their partner to constantly and continually re-enforce their feelings and show loving behavior. The problem is it does not work, and it is not someone else?s job to do it. It may be other people that lowered your self esteem, but it up to you to bring it back up.
It is hard to attract the right kind of man when you have low self esteem. Think about the animals in the wild. They stalk a pack of animals to kill, and pick the weakest of the bunch. In a way, predatory men find the weakest females of the pack to prey upon. They know a woman with high self esteem wouldn?t put up with their bullshit for 5 seconds, so they choose women that they think will.
If you are tired of attracting the same kinds of men, and finding yourself in the same dead end relationships, look at your self esteem and see if it could be the reason.

On the heels of the very successful release of his new single "Boyfriend," teen phenom Justin Bieber is lending his star power and the song "Born to Be Somebody" to a very worthy cause: the TV ad campaign for "Bully."
The Weinstein Company announced Monday (April 9) that the Bieber-backed TV spot, which debuted on Fandango, will begin airing all over the U.S. ahead of the film's PG-13 release this Friday.
"My fans are always up for supporting a great cause. It's one of the things I'm most proud of as an entertainer," Bieber said in statement of his decision to be involved with the documentary. "I hope they see 'Bully' with their friends and help start the conversation so we can end bullying."
The highly publicized documentary, which depicts the often-disastrous results of school bullying, originally received an R rating by the MPAA, which inspired 17-year-old Katy Butler to start a viral petition that received over 500,000 signatures, including Bieber, Ellen DeGeneres, Johnny Depp and Demi Lovato.
MTV's own Vinny Guadagino from "The Jersey Shore" also got involved via the anti-bullying campaign the Bully Project tied into the promotion of the film. The campaign is a partnership between GLAAD and the Weinstein Company designed to spread awareness about bullying and to give people opportunities to add their name in support.

Egyptian gas pipeline to Israel attacked for 14th time
JERUSALEM?(JTA)?-- Egypt's pipeline carrying gas to Israel and Jordan was attacked for the 14th time in more than a year.
The explosion occurred Monday morning at the entrance to El Arish in the northern Sinai Peninsula, Reuters reported. The attack comes days after a rocket fired from the Sinai struck a residential area in the southern Israeli resort town of Eilat.
The pipeline has been closed since a similar attack on Feb. 5. It has been blown up 14 times since uprisings began in February 2011 against Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, who was deposed. No arrests have been made in any of the attacks.
The supply of gas to Israel has been halted numerous times in the last year, leading to a scramble to find alternate fuel sources to produce electricity that are more expensive.
Egypt supplies Israel with more than 40 percent of its natural gas needs to produce electricity; electricity prices have risen by more than 20 percent in Israel since the attacks began.
